Delete Your Account

1. In the app

1. Open LM App and sign in.
2. Go to Profile and tap Delete account.
3. Enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on every device.

2. Without the app

Email us at lyceumacademyofficial@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the request and delete the account within 7 days.

3. What is deleted

• Your name, email address, phone number and profile photo
• Your password and all signed-in sessions
• Push notification tokens for your devices

4. What is kept

Fee payments, receipts and invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires, but are no longer linked to your name or contact details. Course progress, marks and submissions stay only as anonymous records so batch reports remain correct.
