1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LM Academy ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • One account per person — sharing accounts is prohibited
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

3. Course Enrolment & Access

  • Course access is granted upon successful enrolment and payment (if applicable)
  • Course content is licensed, not sold — you receive a limited, non-transferable right to access
  • Access duration depends on your batch schedule and enrolment terms
  • We reserve the right to modify course content for quality improvement
  • Sharing, downloading, or redistributing course materials is strictly prohibited

4. Payments & Refunds

  • All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
  • Fee plans may include one-time payments, monthly instalments, or custom schedules
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of enrolment
  • Refunds are processed at our discretion and may take 5-10 business days
  • Course access is revoked upon approved refund

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to breach security
  • Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Use automated tools to access the Platform without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including courses, videos, PDFs, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of LM Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

LM Academy provides educational content on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, job placements, or certifications. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these terms, non-payment of fees, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
